Yours were mean and invoked nasty imagery in his imagination--so it's your fault.

To Kristie

You have a beautiful mind and are a very worthwhile human being. That is more than I can say for Seth, who has stated he is willing to shoot someone dead without even bothering to ascertain whether his victim is a threat to him, or not. Seth has also stated he does not value democracy and has no respect for the wishes of the majority, as long as his own selfish emotional needs are catered to, no matter how many people are hurt or killed as a result.

by comparison, Kristie, you are a saint.
For every human action, there is a rationalisation and a reason. Only sometimes do they coincide.

You are the only one defending him. He is a fucking TROLL according to his own words. An attack on a troll is not an attack on a real person. You said you met him and he taught you guns and self-respect. Whooppee! We do not know what the fuck he is like except what we infer from his posts. His posts put him firmly in the "cunt" category in spite of his eloquence. Maybe he is a knight in shining armour to you, but nobody else on this forum thinks so.

I never said any of that.
Your imagination is causing you to think it's OK to lie.

Is there some new requirement for members to buy into every forum meme?
'Cause I'm not onboard with this one.

But you're denying reality and you're shifting the burden of securing your safety unethically to others.

Conclusion: It is therefore reasonable to have large-capacity magazines in your firearm.

That's a logical construct. Now you try it and we'll analyze. Or, feel free to analyze mine.
Premise: When going on a murderous assault targeting multiple children, assault using firearms requires a supply of ammunition sufficient to terminate them all.
Premise: Given the inherent uncertainties of armed assault in the face of multiple children, including tactical considerations such as the children's abilities to dodge bullets and your own marksmanship abilities, the supply of ammunition available should always be maximized to provide the best possible odds of your succeeding in your murderous assault.
Conclusion: It is therefore reasonable to have large-capacity magazines in your firearm.

Same here.
No. Don't ever compare yourself with me. I have made one insulting post like that, ever! And, it was nothing compared to what you and Gallstones do on a regular basis.
Then act like an adult and refrain from posting personal insults. You know full well that's what you were doing. I amplified your insult precisely to make a point. It offended you. It was intended to offend you because you offended me. You had no call to make the comment you did and you know it, you were just mad. Well, now you know how it feels to be called something nasty without there being any basis in reality.

I'm a mirror of your own behavior, which was entirely uncalled for and improper. When you debate fairly and rationally, so do I, but don't ever expect me to let snide insults like you posted pass unnoticed, because I won't. It's my right and obligation to bring it into stark focus when people do such things, in no small part as a matter of fairness.

Any reasonable person would understand that my insult was pure reactive hyperbole intended to make a point. Of course you're not a bitch or a cunt or anything else. I'm quite certain that you're a perfectly nice and honest person with whom I'd be happy to associate, but that's not how you were acting, so I made a point of bringing this to your and everyone else's attention.

Just because I argue a contrarian and controversial point of view that you don't like doesn't mean that I'm an evil person, it just means that I have the capacity to consider the question from the other side of the debate and the skill to argue my point well. If you respect me, I'll respect you, even if I disagree with your arguments, and I expect the same from you and everyone else.

So grow up and start acting like you have some sense and quit acting like a petulant child and we'll get along fine.

Indeed they did, but I'm not the moron here, you are. The AR-15 is a semi-automatic look-alike of the fully-automatic military assault rifle, the M-16. It merely looks like one, it does not function like one. One trigger pull, one round fired. Every semi-automatic weapon on earth functions the same way.
No they don't. As a trained police officer you should know better. There are different designs for cycling rounds, but yes they all fire bullets. The AR-15 is a weapons system, it was designed as such, when outfitted for close quarters combat (like the one I posted a pic of) it becomes a much more lethal weapon in that situation than a rancher mini 14. It's all about the ergonomics (which have fuck all to do with comfort).
Ignorant pettifoggery. As I specifically said, all semi-automatic firearms operate the same way, one trigger pull, one round fired. How exactly they load the round and set off the primer is utterly irrelevant. And no, an AR-15 is no more or less "lethal" than a Mini-14 merely because it has ergonomic features the Mini-14 doesn't. In these sorts of attacks any semi-automatic firearm that can be fired at close range will do the job equally as well, including semi-automatic handguns, which being of larger caliber are probably MORE lethal than the .223 round.
Moron.
Fuckwit.
