The Atheist Promised Land is.....

Post by Jesus_of_Nazareth » Tue Nov 20, 2012 1:21 pm

South of Lebanon and near the sea.......

....I think it's time to launch a Crusade to reclaim it from the theists.

(the basis of the claim is that the land was originally not occupied by Theists - and has therefore been stolen......as originally there was nothing there at all :hehe: )

Let's just take over New Zealand. It's pretty and it's out of the way.

They'll all blame us for when TSHTF and sea level rise swamps the Holy Land. :smoke:

Why is holy land never at the top of Everest, deep in impenetrable jungle, or somewhere in the barren wastelands of the Antarctic. I guess God wants to be easy to get to.

"Pick me up on your way home! Now in the handy family pack!"

I wonder how many Christians we'd have if a pilgrimage to the holy land were not just a good idea, but required. "Aww, fuck it. I can't be arsed. What do you call this thing again? Secularism? Wot?"

(Holy relics on the other hand, they're either guarded and hidden from sight, or exist somewhere far off that you'll never find. There's supposedly a tomb of Jesus [or Mary] in India, which is guarded by mafia like men, locked away so tight even mice need credentials, and yet, if this really were the legendary St. Issa's tomb, wouldn't examination of it benefit them?)

The highest good is like water.
Water give life to the ten thousand things and does not strive.
It flows in places men reject and so is like the Tao.
In dwelling, be close to the land.
In meditation, go deep in the heart.
In dealing with others, be gentle and kind.
In speech, be true.
In ruling, be just.
In daily life, be competent.
In action, be aware of the time and the season.

No fight: No blame.
