I use Goldwave's freebie download, even though I'm not too fond of the interface. It's fine for simple stuff, but not sure if there are enough options to suit y'all. There's also a version you can buy, and that one may do some/all of the things you need.

Okay, here's the mission. We get film of various members (insert smut here) doing smilies. We convert to b&w and make it a "silent movie" with titles and a corny soundtrack.
