Since god is dying, must believe in something. Country? No, the gubment is taking over. And evil. Guns! How do I get one? I'm gonna be a white supremacist. Will they take as my IQ is over 100?

Well they very kindly responded as below. Their email pasted in full, though it doesn't answer all my queries.Rum wrote:Well there's an email contact at the top of the report. I've just sent a message asking them if there is a reason and what it might be!
Will post the response here if I get one.

Hi Keith,
We only managed the Irish element of the research.
My understanding is that the WIN Gallup - UK member had changed and was not in situ at the time of the research, therefore they are not included in this research. Unfortunate definitely, it would have been great to have the comparison.
If you have queries on the international element of the research Rushna Shahid is the best person to contact, I have attached her details below.

Re: Worldwide decline in religiosity it says here
"The global average of the 39 countries polled in both waves shows Religiosity Index dropped by 9% during these seven years.
Most of the shift is not drifting from their faith, but claiming to be ‘not religious’ while remaining within the faith."
Also note that the increase in convinced atheists is within the error margin for the survey.
"There is however a rise of 3% in atheism as well ... In general the error margin for surveys of this kind is ±3-5% at 95% confidence level."
