He was kicked out, and they say he was taken off the mailing list, but then he "somehow" got back on the mailing list right after he was kicked off. They then know that after he was removed again, he tried to get back on again, but they had blocked him.

Translation: He was kicked out of FtB and removed from a mailing list, but the manner of signing up for that mailing list was not disabled automatically and nobody did it manually. So, T-foot signed back up for the mailing list and they allowed it. They know damn well how he did it, I'm sure. But, they say "somehow" as if they don't know.
