Apparently she's studying to be nurse. If she's convicted, bye bye nursing license. Dumbshit.

If she's convicted ( and how could she not be? ) it will be fabulous ammunition for the prosecution of Zimmerman. He's not just made an innocent mistake, he's taken part in criminal deception of a court.

Nice. It ain't looking good for the piece of shit, who's only defence is his own word.

About the handguns and genital size again, if you shoot a 22 does that correlate to genital size. What caliper killed Martin?

True that - but that's often the case with couples, some people are attracted to someone who looks like them. For others, it's the opposite.

And, also, mugshots are like that...they make the subjects all look like they come from the same family. :hehe:

Still, it looks like they have very similar bone structures... might their ancestors be from the same small area?
(like the fact that in some rural areas, anybody who marries within 20 km of his home is actually wedding a distant or maybe not that distant relative)

Is there a Ratz historian in the house?

Doesn't look good there. Perjury is difficult to convict on. A lot depends on exactly what was asked, and exactly what was answered.

But, it seems clear they deceived the court about the money. It doesn't look like they can plausibly say they didn't know they had the money. I think, maybe, they might argue that they didn't answer because the donations were to some sort of charitable trust which they did not think was responsive to the question asked. But, whatever they say will be a Clinton-esque walking of a rhetorical razor's edge of technical meaning.

I'd be more worried for the judge over the ridiculous perjury charges. This actually works in Zimmerman's favor as it shows what a witch hunt there is to convict him.
You can't be accused of hiding something that was a top national news story prior; his PayPal account soliciting money for legal aid.

Alan Dershowitz is already pissed at the prosecutor for her illegal activity and harassment of himself. I think either he or another keen legal mind will come down like a ton of bricks on the prosecutor / judge over this.
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

If it was an "INTERnational" fact about the website, it'd be pretty dumb to pretend you don't know about it, or NOT to know how the money can be legally used.

Perjury doesn't mean hiding something, it means knowingly giving false evidence on oath to a court, duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuh

Her 'illegal' activity is directly related...it's not like she got busted with paraphanalia or something like that.

She did this many times too, not just once.

They had a lawyer by then didn't they?

Zimmerman's paypal account should be treated no differently than an election fund. The money does not belong to them, but may be used by them for the purpose it was solicited for.
Or am I mistaken and politicians can use campaign funds for bail money?
