You sound like a wonderful person! Welcome to here. Pleased to meet you :tat:

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

Welcome Traveler! :flowers:

I used to be a nurse, have also trained as a software engineer, yet ATM I make my living from translating, proofreading/editing, technical writing and coaching/training scientific writers. Funny how life takes these turns...
"The internet is made of people. People matter. This includes you. Stop trying to sell everything about yourself to everyone. Don’t just hammer away and repeat and talk at people—talk TO people. It’s organic. Make stuff for the internet that matters to you, even if it seems stupid. Do it because it’s good and feels important. Put up more cat pictures. Make more songs. Show your doodles. Give things away and take things that are free." - Maureen J

What are your thoughts on cheese?

I was not asked this question! Is it important for forum life?

I am obsessed with cheese. In fact when I left my last work to start my own company, my leaving gift was a huge selection of cheese!

Do you mean to say you have never sat the Rationalia entrance exam?!? Good Lord! Not that we ever aspired to any standards but if we had, they would certainly have seemed to have slipped.

Hey Traveler, great to have you here! :td:
Although it may look like a forum, this site is actually a crowd-sourced science project modelling the slow but inexorable heat death of the universe.
