Oh, I dunno about surgery. We're gonna have to divest them of some of that wealth and put it to use keeping people from starving, and tooling up for the next set of technical revolutions. There's gonna be the god-damnedest bunch of whining and howling you ever heard, but it's gonna happen; they're the minority, and ultimately that's how it is and that's how it's gonna be.
