This is a serious topic, folks! We should have an Inquisition into the matter to determine if we should start a Crusade to stop this kind of thing.

If atheists are generally perceived as exceptionaly angry this will give respect & fear as well as loathing? So I consider controled anger a plus overall.Zombie Gawdzilla wrote:This is a serious topic, folks! None of you are real atheists. You are all just angry at god. Did something bad happen in your childhood?
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.
Code: Select all
// Replaces with spaces the braces in cases where braces in places cause stasis
$str = str_replace(array("\{","\}")," ",$str);

Re: The Angry Atheist? Myth or Reality?
Are we not supposed to get angry at the sheer stupidity of religion, and the damage it causes? The guilt, the shame, the fear and repression? Are religions holy cows that we must maintain equanimity about while nobody objects to us getting angry when we miss out on a promotion because the general manager's nephew applied for the same job? Are we expected to smile approvingly when someone regards an earthquake killing thousands as a natural disaster, but when a baby is pulled out alive from underneath the debris three days later, she says that's a miracle of god?

Claiming atheists are angry is just an excuse to get angry at atheists.
