Catching up on night chat now.I think in terms of roles and probabilities, and that was a bit of a slip up due to not having played for a while. What I meant was relative degrees of certainty those players were town. The vanilla comment was also a bit of an ego driven response to Ob's bigging up my game; it refers to a few particular details that I expected only Ob would get from a long period of discussing all aspects of mafia. My plan was, if both of the named players did flip vanilla, to get her to buy me a beer on my next trip to the Bay Area. It was a bad slip up, I quite rightly got jumped all over for it, and it took me a bit to even realize why. That more than everything helped to shake out the cobwebs from my game.gib wrote:i'd still like to hear from bili as to why he specified vanilla though.

I care about honouring my commitments. I'm still slated to play one last game at OL/CAC. I'm not quite sure what you're asking.gib wrote:grit, i've seen you make a few comments at a few places in the mafiasphere about how mafia should be run and about how mafia should be played. If you are really quitting i have to question why you even give a shit
I'm going to review Day 3 now.

that was based on the idea that UT's posts were all much shorter than normal, an idea oblivion seemed to back up. However a check of UT's games on here shows that he's been doing snappy posts for a few games now, regardless of alignmentBilirubin wrote:I don't.gib wrote:right now i think UT is our best bet
so are you still thinking irre?

Re: Starfleet Night 3
I guess you could tie Feck and grit though.
Re: Starfleet Night 3
ade has risen on my suspiciousness radar. Irre has fallen.
I don't expect to be much of a factor on day 4 though.
my priorities are:
ut, ade
feck
grit, irre

gib, UT is one of those players that I usually feel some sense of town handshake with when we are both town. it doesn't always happen on day 1. sometimes it's later. I haven't gotten it. and 3 days into the game is far too late if it's going to happen.

Aza was town otherwise the reveal would have revealed Aza as scum/indy.

Re: Starfleet Night 3
At the time, Aza's death notice only said that he was "mason", not that he was town. He was part of Spock, so that might could be assumed, but I didn't - I've seen safe name claims in many games. The death notice also did not say Aza had any special abilities. I'm use to that being revealed in death notices, but maybe it isn't here, I don't know? Because of my being a mason in a TR game and reading a couple of other TR games with masons, I thought it likely that Spock's brain was a special.gib wrote:gib wrote:grit did i ever get an answer to this from day 2:
