What about Valkyrie? A fucking WW2 film so stylised I thought Tom Cruises character was going to start pulling out martial arts moves in the style of The Matrix kicking his way though hoards of Nazis before a climatic showdown with Hitler who removes his gloves slowly while delivering his masterplan soliloquy before cracking his knuckles while they stand off and then engage in a bone-cracking, gravity defying final fight.

Actually, "Memphis Belle" was a real B-17, the first one to complete 25 missions and return home. The WWII short film is available online if you want to compare the two.

I will never see Tom Cruise's Valkyrie. There's German film by the same name released earlier about the same subject, and vastly superior.

One film I have a problem with, though, is Downfall. They didn't have Xbox back then!
