We had this, kind of, with the feral babies in the yard. You feed them puppy chow. If you fence the yard, you can keep the babies. With no fence, they go to heaven soon enough.

It's always confused me why they display grief when the pope dies, or Mother Theresa, or some other holy git.

Yeah. I've wondered that myself. Glad it's been ditched as a concept. Wish they'd ditch a whole lot more of them along with.
