You can turn off the dubbing and shift to subtitles (for the Russian). I watched a really good Norwegian series in which Norway was basically soft-invaded by Russia. Can't remember the name. It was on our local international channel which has a heap of good Nordic Noir and other dramas.
On Netflix, I'm watching season 2 of The Punisher. Hooou! Violence overload!
