If Hillary wins, will she and Bill have separate bedrooms in there? Or just separate beds and two bathrooms.

That was worked out years ago. Both Bill and Hillary have exclusive bonded and sworn dry cleaning services as well as roomcleaning.If one kills the other, all the evidence will be gone.
