Any article critical of anything European is just full of lies and 'merkin stupidity. Everyone knows Europe has found "The Way" and all things are better in Europe. The people are nicer, they live better lives, they have more money, are more peaceful, they give more to charity, they work harder, player nicer, have bigger penises, are better educated, are far more intelligent than everyone else, and know far better than some 'merkin whether a single European currency is better. If a single European currency exists, it must be better, and it's benefits must outweigh its costs. Quod Erat Demonstrandum.

The currency problems are banking problems. Bad loans financing property booms in the US and many other places. It's not the fault of the single currency.
Stop stoking up property booms, and the currencies work fine.
The trouble is, the voters constantly vote for the people who stoke up the biggest boom. So WE are the problem.
