G'day

Post by TruthWorthy » Mon Dec 13, 2010 7:26 am

Hi, so as you guessed from the topic's title, I'm from Australia. My belief in God is summed up as agnostic atheism. I lean toward strong atheism with regard to established religious doctrine, although some systems I find interesting and even true regarding reality. Many of these are Eastern existential based philosophy more than what I regard as religion in a sense, although the practices must constitute worship and so I'm not prepared to become an adherent. I'm most likely to adopt Pastafarianism, or Jedi, as a religious system with which to base my life around. But I think I have enough self-imposed rules to concern myself with to concern myself with those fashioned by others. I'm tolerant of others' belief's and generally considerate of other's point of view.

Hi and welcome from Pomland! I have a lot of sympathy for your view about the 'existential' eastern thinking.

Greetings! Your wee island is happily sadly under-represented here. (At least by coherent posters.) Feel free to raise the level from Down Under.
