A lot of international trade is conducted using the US Dollar as a common currency, even when the USA is not involved directly. I don't see anything untoward in this: They're just not going to use the US Dollar when trading between themselves. Makes sense to me. :eddy:

Exactly, Russia thrives on commodities export and all commodities trading is in USD, no alternative.
