I'm merely suggesting that he may have been looking for a fight and got it. Now maybe that's not an issue. But then maybe it can be shown that he went out of his way to inject this conflict into his course material to serve his own needs, which he isn't being paid to do. But I don't know. I just thought it was a good example of the looking for a fight and finding it thing.

Kind of like Cunt's problem with gender pronouns and his tendency to keep running into it.

It's a point we've been making to you for a long time. An employer has the right (within reason) to set standards and protect it's reputation from rogue employees.

The counterpoint is that this is not a private company, it's state funded university which is bound (in the US) to respect the first amendment rights of teachers and students. So, to punish him for advocating or exercising freedom of speech is not within the rights of said public university to make reasonable rules. Any restriction would have to involve not freedom of speech.
