I think I've just realised that Galaxian is actually a really good troll. I'm actually serious. I doubt that someone who was a conspiracy theorist could make a post like that last one of his (the bit after the mandarin stuff). He's well educated enough to know that such a comment could only be seen as a massive pisstake of conspiracy theorists.
