I have no idea what that means, but that's okay - let's get back on topic.

The fact the pee pee tape exists is a bit of a vindication for Christopher Steele. Plus, if it was filmed in the Presidential Suite as it appears, the FSB can't be ruled out as the instigator, since not just anybody could get access to the room long enough to set up and film. They certainly had a motive, since Trump was running for President and even if fake, it could have severely hurt his campaign if released at a bad time, say after the Access Hollywood tape surfaced.

Who knows?

It certainly troubled Trump, according to Comey's testimony and his own public statements. At least that's understandable.
