Since my sempai Durro prevented me from whacking Twinkie and killing Redial twice wasnt an available menu option my PM to Oblivion was either going to be Mephistopheles, Blip or Normal.

It was a really long night. I blogged a bit. Undernet #apologetics was dead as a doornail. Chatted at #scripture chan for a bit. The topic was "unwanted and continual harassment of channel guests constititutes a form of cyber-stalking" A new way to define trolling. Casual Friday at the office. Phones are slow. Man that twitter stuff is idiotic.

Yeah. Meph sent me a long PM yesterday desperately claiming to be bomb cat, and town. He said that if he was killed during the night, I would also get killed. I could spot this for what it was, scum pleading for it's life, so I was planning on revealing this today and getting him lynched. Now I'm not so sure anymore

I wouldn't be too hasty to lynch Normal. Any innocent lynching from here on in could be fatal. He could be scum of course but how willing are we to take that risk?

After last night I think JA Poisson is who he says he is. If so he's a very powerful player. He seems immune to night moves meaning he can only be killed by a lynching. For this the scum would need a vote bloc. This means JA is like The Queen and is town's winning piece.

Lion IRC and Twinkle I think are innocent without a shadow of doubt.

ROUND 1
I'd like to point out that I was actually the 5th person to vote for Virphen on day 1. And I withdrew my vote when I realised that he was probably innocent. I made a judgment error and tried to correct it but it was too late. I've been accused and continually punished for this for 4 days now. My response to people about it is

Virphen had six people vote for him and I wasn't one of them. It was in order of voting Ghatanothoa, Rapping Agnostic , Mephistopheles (later withdrawn), Skinny Puppy , Durro (later withdrawn), Higgs2.

The first night, CookieJon was dressed up in women's clothing and murdered. He was monorail cat and the Bus driver, whatever that role(s) is.
Ghatanothoa went missing with a faint sulfurous odor left behind, but there was no evidence for Ashton Black who simply disappeared.

I guess this means that the evil cats got Ghathanothoa, some other killer with a fetish got CJ and LionIRC took out Ashton Black ?

ROUND 2

Rappingagnostic just beat me for the lynch vote and was revealed to be a bad guy who could role block the good guys.

Players that voted for RA in order were - JA Poisson, Higgs2, Skinny Puppy , DP (tied it at 4-4), Animavore (made it 5-4), Mantisdreamz (made it 6-4), Mephistopheles and Normal cast the 8th vote just before end of round.

Rapping Agnostic, the bad guy, voted for me !

Redial the now revealed bad girl suggested that her "innocent list" was:-

I'm guessing that she was protecting at least one or two of her team mates. But she didn't nominate RappingAgnostic, and he was behind me on the vote at the time. Curious.

Animavore unvoted for me when I was down 5-3 to RA. He later voted for RA when the vote was tied at 4-4. If he was bad and on RA's team, he wouldn't have done that. I was suspicious of Animavore before I took the time to go back and check. Sorry Ani. I'd say it was very likely that the first 5 people to vote for RappingAgnostic before the vote was decided were innocent, or at least not on RA's team. There may have been a killer who likes womens clothing in there. After the 6th vote, close to the end, the outcome was fairly much decided, so I'm not viewing the last votes as being sincere or not.

RappingAgnostic was Feather Toy, and was the scum role-blocker.

That night, Skinny Puppy, the Innocent Itteh Bitteh Committeh member was killed by the serial killer with the womens clothing fetish. Witticism simply went missing and we know now it was due to Lion. There were no deaths involving sulfurous fumes, so the protective kitteh, Twinkie, chose the right person to protect.

Round 3
I voted for sifaka but stressed that it was a defensive vote only and that players should not follow me. However, Sifaka, an innocent was lynched with votes that started 4 pages after my vote and after I went to bed. They were in order, LionIRC, Animavore, Normal, Mephistocoles (unvoted Redial and switched to Sifaka just after Higgs2 questioned the sense of doing that, breaking the tie), Ghatanothoa, DP, mantisdreamz, blip.

sifaka was Gamer Cat and was vanilla town.

In the night's round, Oowth disappeared with a smell of catnip left behind. This was the night round after the shell game and twinkie protecting (probably) two out of 3 special innocents - herself, feck and LionIRC, so the evil cats probably called her bluff and tried an unsuccessful hit on one of the key innocents. Depending on what Twinkie can do 2 nights running, that special player may be targeted again.

Day 4 - We lynched redial, who admitted her guilt.

We've got claims that there were 4 committeh members who could PM each other and the likelihood is that one of them was an evil kitteh. Ashton Black and Skinny Puppy were two innocent committee members. The remaining two are apparently Mephistococles and Normal.

OK. I guess that players can draw their own conclusions from this synopsis. I'm looking at who voted for innocents and who didn't vote for guilty players, as well as who was manipulative throughout the game. The remaining players are :-

We have at least 1 bad kitteh and 1 serial killer left in the game.

I'd suggest that Normal has a point about there being 2 evil kittehs on the committeh - it would be very unusual and an unfair advantage for the evil cats. This doesn't preclude him from being the serial killer though.

I know that I'm innocent, but there's probably some that still doubt me.

Twinkie and Lion are definitely innocent.

That leave as Basement Cat or one of his/her minions DP, Higgs2, Mantisdreamz, Animavore, JA Poisson.

Based on their voting record for RappingAgnostic, they all voted early for him, with Mantis being the last. But Mantis did have the opportunity to vote for me and tie it up, so I'm going to exclude her as being a team member with RA. Using the same logic, it's unlikely that DP or Animavore are on RA's team given that they provided the tieing vote and winning vote for him, when they could have jumped on the bandwagon to vote for me and gone with the herd mentality under complete respectability. I really don't think they're on RA's team.

So that leaves us with JA Poisson or Higgs2 putting in a ruthless vote for one of their own team members and then not being able to change it later without looking suspicious, or that Normal who didn't vote is bad too - unlikely but remotely possible I suppose. He said he was sick and largely absent at this stage of the game.

What could throw a spanner in the works is if the Basement cat is so ruthless that they were prepared to vote for their own team member even when the vote was close. That wouldn't exclude anybody.

What are people's thoughts ?

Just one small thought. I think that since RA voted for you when he was going down, that might just have been to make you (Durro) appear innocent. I don't see you voting for RA.

Also, the self defence against sifaka angle is particularly useful, but doesn't make you innocent. It seems a bit too convenient to my taste. But, of course, nothing solid to go on.

When did redial reveal her "innocent list"? Is it a document that can be used to tag scum?

I would still think JA is who he says he is. He was the one that pointed out one of the Itteh Bitteh.. whatever were sneaking off in the night up to no good. He only said one person, which was Meph, so I doubt Normal is guilty unless JA's information was wrong. JA was also stalked one of the nights and didn't get information that night and we know that the scum and serial killer failed that night meaning one of them was stalking him. We should wait and see wait he saw last night, if anything, before making any votes.
