lol it's possible to get organized in a no pm game. It just takes a little subtlety. You'd be surprised.

I saw this as gib trying to be subtle in response to higg's post.
Hmm... unless he posted it on the wrong thread?!

There has to be vanilla town floating around for dorothy to recruit.
Right, so you admit you're not vanilla town and want to vote for me for saying pretty much the same. And subconsciously you think of me as 'good'.
If someone comes out and says they are vanilla town then great, lynch me. Otherwise you're wasting your vote on me.
lol why do you think I'm not vanilla town? remember that subtle way of getting organized? sigh.
As for the rest of your post, I don't understand it. Also, don't freak out when someone lynch votes you sometimes it's done to provoke a reaction. Why did you say what you did to me?
Tell us why you should not be lynched.

Reading this:
http://mafiascum.net/wiki/index.php?title=Mason it seems I was wrong about the whole Mason thing. I thought I remembered a site where masons where able to convert like the cult. Hmmm, odd. I think that since the is an unusual sort of mafia with nontraditional roles(IE variety of witches and different sort of folk) that we might not have a seer. If we don't have a seer wouldn't this make voting the mayor to be "viewed" counter-productive?
I can live with doubt, and uncertainty, and not knowing. I think it's much more interesting to live not knowing than to have answers which might be wrong. [...] I don’t feel frightened by not knowing things, by being lost in a mysterious universe without having any purpose, which is the way it really is, as far as I can tell, possibly. It doesn’t frighten me. - Richard Feynman

Because nothing about my role description sounds like scum. I can't kill anyone and i have no idea who my teammates are. And i am actually trying to figure out what's going on with the game set-up and sharing my thoughts, as indeed are you.

As for revealing teams, I think that might be a little too forward at this early stage of the game, revealing roles tends to benefit scum and I'm afraid that they'd use that to pick us off.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

I'm not voting a person just because they're quiet.
I'm going to vote one of those voting someone who is quiet.
Vote Mantisdreamz.

I don't know what the flying fuck is going on.
This game is very ponderious.
DP, It seems to me the scum already knows who is scum so they could pick us off anyway.

If there are 2 scum teams it's in our interest to keep them ignorant of who is town and who is the other scum for as long as possible so that they will hopefully kill each other at night instead of us. Scum normally only know their own teammates.

I'm inclined to agree with Higgs read on this game. My vote on gib was purely to get a reaction. He/she seems townish to me but I can't figure out why the "good luck" to Higgs was necessary.
unvote gib
vote Mantisdreamz
I like ani's rationale on this. Voting a non postser will likely end up killing off a town.
