OK so let's see here. Zigmen votes Athene, which is his bog standard way of starting a game with her in it, apparently.

Then, he votes gonzo, for

Playing the easy angles, editing a post, and lack of scumhunting.

Editing a post? Way OTT for a rationale (if Aza wanted to godkill him or punish him, he could and would do so). Easy angles, yes well that's why I voted gonzo. Lack of scumhunting? Pot-kettle, that is. When oblivion rightly votes him for the editing post rationale, he intimates that scum is more likely to edit a post, which is a bit BS given how many people were online and I saw the original post and zigmen probably did, too. His next post is much later, to discuss which GMs punish or warn about edits ( = fluff).

Zigmen is all over the place, and his logic fail for a rationale for voting me is just weird. This can mean one of two things: he's scum and is trying to scrap with me in the hopes that it will appear like a town vs town drama. I could definitely see zigmen trying this on. Or, he's just having a brain mush game.


Supplementary notes as I reread the Day 1 thread:

1. Denny has posted extremely little. He votes gonzo for taking issue with what belongs in the game thread, but takes time to mayor vote mantis, diva is pinging, oblivions seems 'off' and oh is praying around? Talk about trying to appear as if scum hunting, without actually doing so. Oh and a few posts later of his he's still asking where is praying. Interesting that praying was the NK target and he was so antsy for her to appear. FoS denny.

THis bothers me. I'm liking where my vote is.

What bothers you about Gonzo posting a vote count? Isn't that what he does? I think someone mentioned that about him during the last TR game.

Ksen, It's the self mayor vote that bothers me.

k, thanks denny. Are you thinking gonzo might be the don trying to get himself viewed and "cleared?"

2. Mantis removed her mayor vote off diva and onto oblivion, saying

I know you better than Gonzo - I'm not sure if Gonzo will be around as much as needed.

That is a pretty weird rationale for changing a mayor vote.

However... she got her unvote of diva through right on 10am (my time game day end), so if she were scum and knew of a bomb that was cutting the timing way too close. She could easily have missed the cut-off.

After reading all of Day 1 again, I'm less suspicious of mantis, and waaaaay more suspicious of ksen and denny. I'm on the fence about zigmen, because a blatant logic fail as a reason to vote me is just too dumb for scum to do.

I'd like to add that adenosine would only have been cleared if mantis flipped scum. If there is a seer and they are taking suggestions, then I'd put adenosine as my pick for viewing.

The other thing that bugs me is... why praying? She was practically a no-show on Day 1, just posted to say she'd refrain from posting. No special tell at all.
