Anyone who didn't manage to vote on time is just an idiot and shouldn't be allowed to vote anyway. Our ramshackle paper and pencil based system is far superior to any beep-beepy elecro-voting nonsense.

Problem is, they haven't voted for Cameron either ... not only will the Tories not have enough seats, but 36% of the popular vote hardly constitutes a "mandate". If there is serious electoral reform after this, then the Tories might struggle to get into power again for some time.

Of course.. but 36% is more of a mandate than 29%. I wish we had PR. It's so frustrating. 8% of people voted not for Brown in Number 10
