You're so full of shit.

Neither of those pictures were in the article, and how do you suppose that he came to be lying on his back, with nobody attached to him, when they helped him up? As if he had just landed solo?
When what really happened was that they unstrapped him from the instructor, and then got him to lie back down, blinking like he had just landed.

He could have done that jump just as well if he was dead.
While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.

Taking a shit is the easy part. The tandem is required to get you on the toilet.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

In fact it was anything but.
Most Americans wouldn't even know what the hell D-Day was if you asked them. But, in general, yes, we pretty much think the U.S. single-handedly won the war. Our impression is that we went over there, kicked ass and saved the day. Anyone else's contribution to the war is considered insignificant. Basically, we rock, everyone else sucks, and the world revolves around us. And as well it should because we're so fucking awesome.
People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

Americans laugh because every American knows the real history and no one believes this patriotic swill. Except the majority don't and do respectively.

Needs Gallstones at the receiving end. She makes it abundantly clear how she excited she is about US chauvinism.
I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein’s brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops. - Stephen J. Gould

Nah. The pointy part kind of turns me off actually.
However, your fantasy that physical injury be done to me is noted.
