That's true.... But you said you don't know how that role could win. Roles of this sort could try to get the mayor position and be perceived so innocent that they wouldn't bring upon an investigation. But... ya I know, this gets tough when it only comes down to a few players and there is a person with the capability to track that sort of thing. During the first game we had on RatSkep we had an independent with a survive to the end victory condition who stole the whole game.
