Smart people are the exception full stop. Race doesn't enter into it, but while you are entertaining your notions of racial superiority, let me ask you this: What about women? Are they genetically inferior too? I mean, just look how few of them are Nobel laureates. Between 1901 and 2013 854 people got the award. Only 45 of them were women. Stupid women I say.

Women have a lower average intelligence then men, they also have a different statistical distribution. There is a smaller percentage of women than men at the extremes for both low and high intelligence. There are also on average differences in thought processes such as creativity and logic that also impact this beyond just raw intelligence.

This concept sounds interesting - was there a significant problem of white minstrel shows back in the day where black people painted their faces white and pretended to be mentally deficient and perpetuated a number of stereotypes about white people?

Is being called an oreo racist?

Oh give it a rest rEv as you are just worried that if scientist are given free reign to study if some 'races' are inferior then Australians will be found wanting. The clues are already there: liking cricket, fosters beer, Olivier Newton John and Rolf Harris. As for your TV shows* Neighbours, home and away, Cell block H, Skippy, well the least said the better. You do seem to have a conveyor belt producing beautiful sheilas by the score but as none of them will shag me then that is still a black mark against you aussies.

I did a cursory glance at the Wiki page on IQ and lo and behold, not a female mentioned in any significant aspect. There's also plenty of critique and controversy regarding the objectivity of the testing.
