In all honesty, I feel like that's an outdated reason to sue. I think it's fair to divorce over that condition because in many cases marriage is about sexual fidelity. For me, I think it's okay to be married to person A and have sex with person B. I acknowledge that legal precedent would poke many holes in my stance if someone went for a "fault divorce" based on adultery. If I were the husband and there were other emotionally positive reasons to stay married, I'd work on that angle.
