I don't see how you can eliminate the girl's leagues, though. Because in most sports women simply will not be able to compete with men. Heck women wouldn't even be able to compete with men on the golf and tennis teams, except for a few of them. That would mean that women who want to play sports just would have to find a rec league. It's somewhat of a conundrum.
