Yep. And for Richard, though, I had a higher standard, thinking he valued and appreciated the members of that community that had formed under his name and banner. I never had any such illusions about Josh, having seen in the past how he was willing to throw someone else under the bus to spare taking responsibility himself, but the scales have most definitely fallen in regard to Richard.CJ wrote:Unfortunately I now view Richard Dawkins, Josh Timonen and Andrew Chalkly in the same group, complete morons when it comes to management.kiki5711 wrote:No. I'm heartbroken. No guess about the timeframe, but I agree with the rest of it, Psychoserenity. They can do what they want with the site, I'm done with it.Psychoserenity wrote:I'm going for mid May. But I think it'll be something rushed out, that won't work, and some more bad management will push away most of the regular front pagers as well.

You people aren't paying attention, I see.
The new forum IS open. However, there have been a few rule changes. Now, to see the forum you need to have 1,000 posts. And to post there, you need 2,000 posts. So, simply accumulate 1,000 posts and you'll be able to follow the stimulating debates and enjoy the bon homme of fellow atheists.

The post counts mentions are on the NEW forum, not the old one. You have to have 1,000 posts on a forum you can't see in order to see the forum, and 2,000 posts on a forum you can't post on in order to post on the forum.kiki5711 wrote:You're messing with us. Sheesh, it's spelled out clearly in the new FUA, as posted in the new forum.

Gee Gawd, I think what you're saying is too subtle, I don't understand it at all.
"The fact is that far more crime and child abuse has been committed by zealots in the name of God, Jesus and Mohammed than has ever been committed in the name of Satan. Many people don't like that statement but few can argue with it."
