I have a theory. I don't believe Muslimes* are as devout as they really think they are. They often fly into a rage threatening murder and mutilation (admittedly Mandy hasn't done this) when their religion or Allah (piss be upon him) is insulted. I think that's because they really think that there is no god; they think that threatening people with "His" vengeance is futile, and that they have to do "His" work for "Him". Your Christians seem to rely on their Feller himself giving you Hell personally, but not Allah (piss be upon him). This dude is so feeble that he gets his flock to do it. More evidence for "a lie" than "Allah", but there you go.
