What else "just is"?
The entire universe. No need for delusional human interpretations, especially those involving a magical sky fairy...

Well, you started this thread and titled it "Scientific Proof of God", so it is actually you who did that.

Why don't you describe your wicked, hateful God?

It depends what you mean by "meaning". Astronomical events are fascinating, and the science that lets us understand the mechanics of how they work is very cool. But I suspect that for you, "meaning" goes well beyond an appreciation of the event and the science underpinning it, and enters the territory of "signs and portents", essentially a return to a superstitious view of the universe that has vanished in rational minds once evidence-based science gave us a more objective understanding. :tea:

Exactly, a ONE-DIMENSIONAL VIEW OF THE COSMOS

Actually, given the fascinating concept of space-time, I have a 4-dimensional view of the universe. If string theory is correct, its practitioners have an 11-dimensional view!

But all within the same technological-scientific dimension (the logos of domination of nature and man) leading to the destruction of all other world views.

One can have a basically scientific view of how the universe works, and still be critical about how the combination of some technologies and capitalism both damages natural ecosystems and oppresses the working class...

But a scientific view of the cosmos is "value-free" - it just is.
