I was once asked if they have traffic lights in Finland, in high school. I explained that they did, and the reindeer, moose and wolves had been trained to obey them. Only the cows wander around aimlessly if let loose.

We've all seen a person with "large" eyes. But are their eyes physically larger, or is it just that their sockets/surrounding-stuff give the appearance of physically larger eyes?

Both, but makeup can certainly make eyes look larger than they actually are.

When I first went to South Africa in the 90s a guy here asked me how I got to work. I said I had a rental car. He said "they have roads there?"
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

They built them for car-jacking from what I read.

Some old friends of ours upped sticks and moved to the UK after their third. The female half narrowly escaped rape too.

I've often thought about sending remote submersibles around the world. It would probably be very challenging, and I'm sure there are legal considerations too.
