Said Peter...what you're requesting just isn't my bag
Said Daemon, who's sorry too, but y'see we didn't have no choice
And our hands they are many and we'd be of one voice
We've come all the way from Wigan to get up and state
Our case for survival before it's too late

Turn stone to bread right away...

The obscure One America News Network (OAN) makes up for its lack of clout or viewers by covering every Trump utterance, recycling conspiracy theories, downplaying Russian threats, bashing the mainstream media and championing the “Make America Great Again” agenda.

One American News Network, or ONAN for short...
Rationalia relies on voluntary donations. There is no obligation of course, but if you value this place and want to see it continue please consider making a small donation towards the forum's running costs.
Details on how to do that can be found here.

It could just have Trump interviewing Trump. That would be the same thing.

Trump spokesman warns: giving people healthcare will devastate this country!

Tim Murtaugh, a Trump 2020 spokesman: “We have to make sure voters know about her proposals for government takeover of health care, free health care for illegal immigrants, radical environmental restrictions, and increased taxes — all proposals that will devastate this country.”

Mexico still sending rapists. And cars!
CNN
When do we beat Mexico at the border? They’re laughing at us, at our stupidity. And now they are beating us economically. They are not our friend, believe me. But they’re killing us economically.

There are two interesting points here: 1) Just as Trump did earlier last month by threatening Mexico with tariffs until they decided to take action to reduce illegal immigration to the US, Trump here is linking trade and illegal immigration. And 2), he continues to treat Mexico as a competitor rather than a neighboring ally whose economic success is so closely linked to the US.
Trump did manage to ink a revamped NAFTA trade agreement with Mexico and Canada, but Trump is still waiting for Congress to ratify the deal.
The US has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems.

Thank you. It’s true, and these are the best and the finest. When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.

It took Trump about two minutes into his speech to get to an issue that proved central to his 2016 campaign. It’s been just as much of a driving force to his presidency and it is already proving a central issue in his re-election campaign.
