When will the investigation into Russian interference start?
Forget the Ruskies. Our overlords don't need those amateurs when we have the Murdoch/Packer media duopoly to tell us what is what and what we must think.

At least Abbott is gone...
Too late. He was just a noisy backbencher by the time he got the chop. Morrison and Dutton are the right wing nutters with the power to inflict serious damage. Development of the Adani coal mine is certain to get approval now for starters. You can kiss The Great Barrier Reef goodbye because of it, and with it tens of thousands of jobs in the tourism industry. Then the coal industry will tank anyway as nobody builds coal-fired electricity generating plants any more, Adani will go broke and we'll be stuck with fixing additional billions of dollars worth of environmental damage inland.

And we'll be subjected to three more years of stagnating wages via the dreaded trickle down theory, which will cripple the Australian economy even more.

Man, I'm exploring ways of going into three years worth of hibernation.

From what I heard, Shorten would have approved Adani in any case, because of union pressure...

That would not have surprised me. Neither he, nor any other federal Labor politician has ever unambiguously rejected the possibility of approving the mine.

Now I am reminded once more of the "advert" rEv linked to four days ago.

The light at the end of that particular tunnel is the headlight of an oncoming train. We don't even have enough non-shit crossbenchers now to throw a spanner in the works.

FFS, hibernation! Come and get me already! :irate:

1) Get your guns back

2) Kill them. Kill them all.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Hmm, Merica's got guns, Merica's got bombs.

Is Lend-Lease still an option?

I'll smuggle the guns in. I just need a bigger boat. Here's my gofundme page, I'll need about $2,500,000 U.S., or whatever that is in misspelled money.

A total of 6.4% (so far) voted for either One Nation or the United Australia Party. For those who don't know, they are the parties of racist red necks...

Tanya Plibersekckzch is not running for the Labor leadership. Not sure why she isn't. She'd make an ideal leader.

Maybe she hasn't got "the numbers", and she knows it. Like all other parties, the Labor Party's leader is chosen by the party's strongest faction. That's how we got Bill Whatshisface in the first place instead of Tanya Plibersec or Antony Albanese. You can thank Labor's right wing faction leader, top numbers man and kingmaker, South Australia's Senator, Don Farrell for that.

50% of the vote comes from the rank and file members. So it's not just a factional game.
