Indeed, that is eminently demonstrative of Hillary Clinton's blatant dishonesty. Putin has no soul, so dealing with him is a waste of time. Except for the first 6+ years of the Obama Administration, when we were resetting our relationship with the Russians to build a partnership going forward to the future, and when Romney suggested Russia was a foreign policy threat, the President of the US laughed at him, saying the 1980s called and want their foreign policy back.
