I don't get the expression 'woke' used in that context. Sounds grammatically incorrect.

Far right white supremacy.

But let's complain about 'leftists' caring about stressed students by handing out colouring books.
LOL - she sticks a phone in his face to record him and asks:

"How does it feel to work for a fascist?"

It's hard to hear his answer, but it sounds like he says he doesn't and that we have a great country.

She then asks "have you helped with the Russia stuff - are you a criminal as well? Have you committed treason, too? Just like the President?"

He answers, "Thank you..."

She asks again, "Have you committed treason, too? What can you tell me about Russia?"

He answers, "Thank you. Such a great country that allows you to be here."

She asks again, "What can you tell me about Russia? Tell me!"

He walks away to talk to someone else. She follows him and interrupts.

She says "You know you work for a fascist, right?"

"You work for a fascist. How do you feel about that?"

He continues minding his own business and talking to someone else.

She asks "How do you feel about destroying our country?"

"How do you feel about that, Sean. Do you feel good about the decisions you're making, about lying to the American people?"

"Do you feel good about lying to the American people?"

The article doesn't actually say that they removed the scales because they are offensive or triggering to fat people. They are suggesting girth measurements, which as you point out, should be just as triggering. Therefore, I'm not sure why you jump to the conclusion that they are being removed for reasons of triggering.

Having said that, if they really are removing them due to fears of offending or triggering some people, then that is clearly fucking retarded.

I think it means "awakened", or maybe something like "they get it", it being intersectional feminism. If you're a "woke misogynist" you understand feminist jargon and use it to shag women. I think. Maybe.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

It's still bad grammar. Though I don't think we're allowed to correct POCs. :ask:

After an hour or two, I decided we would have a light hookup to see if there was any physical spark. I went back to his place around the corner from the bar, after clearly announcing my boundaries. “Just a makeout,” I insisted. He said that was fine.
Weird interaction. I find that odd - talking about going back to his place, but adding the caveat, "just a makeout." Is that common in the dating world today? That whole interaction sounds weird.

Advice to the ladies: if you're out on a date with a guy who masturbates people for a living, chosen from Tinder folks looking for "open relationships" and casual sex, and you go out drinking and agree to go back to his house for a makeout session and then act coquettishly around him after getting hot and heavy with him, don't be surprised if he "presses" a little bit to see if you'll keep going. Sex is a function of two people, and think how you'd react if you were really into a guy and really horny and wanted to go all out, when after making out for a while and getting you all wet and hot for it, he just stood up and said "I have to go, I can't do this" -- and there you are panting, ready to go and he's just like "not into it right now." Obviously, you might be like - what do you mean? We were just getting started - and you might "press" a time or two. Obviously, women can refrain from consenting at any time and stop the activities, as can men, but a person's right to do that does not mean the other party can't be frustrated about it. Jeez...

That guy sounds like a weirdo, though. Who says "Wait! I haven't made you come yet..." after a woman says they aren't into it. Seems bizarre.

Oh, those crazy lefties.... http://www.thecollegefix.com/post/31649/

Yes, yes, homecoming king and queen is out! Now it's Homecoming Royals!

I wonder why nobody is objecting to the classist and aristocratic use of royalty titles in any case? Oh, students are being named to a Homecoming Court, to surround the "Royalty." This is blatant classism. Not very progressive....

They should call the homecoming king and queen, not royals, but perhaps Homecoming Persons of Equal Dignity to All Other Persons.

We care about the men in our lives, so we are happy to explain what they’ve done wrong.
Lol. Evidently Mrs. Lak is a woke, intersectional feminist, because she is also happy to tell me what I've done wrong.
In my case, it might be quicker and simpler for Bron to tell me what I've done right...

Economical. I like that in a woman.

I think we both missed the point, though. The salient, operative word here is "explain". vis:

I honestly don't mind being told that I've done wrong, it's the days long explanation that gets on my tits.

If you find it all too easy to spot what everyone around you is doing wrong, all the time, you might just be an asshole.
The latest fad is a poverty social. Every woman must wear calico,
and every man his old clothes. In addition each is fined 25 cents if
he or she does not have a patch on his or her clothing. If these
parties become a regular thing, says an exchange, won't there be
a good chance for newspaper men to shine?

The terms the sjw's and mra's use annoy me. Often there's no way to infer their meaning from the words used. "Gaslighting"... "Doxing"... "Cuck"... etc etc
