Does Changing The Clocks Make You Go Faster Than Light? I'm trying to puzzle this one out. It is late. It is your turn.

Motion is time symmetrical. Which suggests to me that I should go back to bed.

No fixed frame of reference. The planet moves a thousand miles in less than a fraction of a second. That's faster than I'm usually going on a Saturday night to Sunday morning.

Changing 2 am to 3 am on any clock does not actually affect time - only the name of the hour - so, no.

However, every time you reverse the process in autumn you add an hour to your lifespan. Fact! I know this because my father would have died one day and 19 hours later than he did, had he not lived in Queensland for 43 years. Queensland never adopted daylight savings. The fools.

I think the politicians should just move the clock back every half a year. You would then get extra sleep every time. Then they might lose a term, and the opponent will have to move the clock ahead.

"He took away an hour of your sleep! I will give back your hour as soon as I am elected!"
