I'm seeing an opportunity here. Kill-Your-Own farms. Pay a premium and you get to slaughter a chicken or piggy or whatever. SO much more natural.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Vegans haven't been proven to exist. Like Australia.

Scot really is a conservative, isn't he? Intensely dislikes different lifestyle choices.

Small 'c' - but then most people are. Like a lot of people he's reluctant to consider or engage on the reasons people give for making veg*n dietary choices and just chides veg*ns for not eating meat, even though it has no material impact on his choices and makes no practical difference to his life - other than perhaps giving him slightly more options at the supermarket.

I dont chide any one. Just fed up with vegans telling me what I can and cannot eat. I dont buy meat in the super market anyway. We have a fantastic organic butcher across the road selling meats from local suppliers. The only drawback he is incredibly busy.

So would anyone eat the vat-grown meat? I reckon ham would be easy to culture in sheets, and maybe you could hang a string into a barrel and culture a doner kebab roll in the same way you can make crystals - it would certainly help with the waste as people only eat the legs of the doner.

I don't think I would, though I have no objection to it in principle. I've been a vegetarian for so long vegetarianism is kind of a way of life for me now.

I would. I failed at vegetarianism. Meat is too damn delicious.
