And Mercola is wrong about most things. Aspartame is going to destroy us!
I don’t use aspartame, and especially not splenda. But there are good reasons, to do with your gut bacteria. Not Mercola quackery.

The breathing exercises are another matter. The situtation of

has more to do with blood pH than anything else. Breathing technique is also required practice for singers and it is part of meditation, an effect also nothing to do with oxygen. People are able to control heart rates for example.

Since my double pneumonia getting my breathing anywhere near normal has involved meditation techniques I learnt luckily years ago. I am still very short of breath but everyday progress is being made. One thing I do avoid is sleeping too long. It does not help and has plenty of side effects. I find 8-9 hours more than enough.

For me normally before my illness six was more than enough. It is gradually reducing.
