Shares of Monsanto parent Bayer surged on Monday after the U.S. government put itself in the German company's corner, arguing that a ruling that found the pesticide Roundup caused cancer should be overturned.

In a friend of the court brief filed Friday with a San Francisco-based appeals court, the Environmental Protection Agency said it reviewed and approved the warning label on the weed-killing product, and that a jury finding based on California law should be reversed. The Department of Justice joined the EPA in weighing in on the only federal jury ruling thus far in a long-running saga over Roundup.

Yup.
Bayer AG has asked a California appeals court to overturn an $86m verdict that found it was responsible for a couple's cancer caused by its glyphosate-based weedkiller, Roundup.

In a Friday night filing with the California First District Court of Appeal in San Francisco in the United States, the company said the jury's verdict could not be reconciled with either the law or sound science.

“Behind greenwashing attempts such as ‘plant protection’ and ‘plant nutrition’ lurks a toxic truth. Just like the herbicide glyphosate, cadmium in fertilisers has also been linked to negative impacts on human health. Regulating levels of this hazardous metal should be a no-brainer and it must go hand in hand with building a more sustainable food and farming system that benefits all.”

I've just worked it out. The WHO have made this Covid-19 thing as a distraction from the fact that they are poisoning us with Cadmium.
Symptoms

Eating food or drinking water contaminated with high levels of cadmium can result in:

Nausea and vomiting
Stomach cramps
Diarrhea
Kidney damage
Fragile bones
Death

Breathing in cadmium can result in:

Flu-like symptoms, such as body aches, chills, weakness
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Abdominal pain
Shortness of breath
Swelling of the nose, pharynx, and larynx—with chronic inhalation

The same symptoms as Covid-19 and 5G exposure.

Coincidence?
 I think not

:prof: Luckily glyphosate forms a stable complex with cadmium, thus rendering them both harmless. :prof:

Rainbow, please stop breaking my sarcasmeters, it's getting to be a pain to get new ones... maybe I should invest in my own factory.
