Or tends to.

It's not black-and-white, of course, but if this false dilemma were a true one, I think I'd rather be poorer and nicer than the other way.
"A philosopher is a blind man in a dark room looking for a black cat that isn't there. A theologian is the man who finds it." ~ H. L. Mencken
"We ain't a sharp species. We kill each other over arguments about what happens when you die, then fail to see the fucking irony in that."
"It is useless for the sheep to pass resolutions in favor of vegetarianism while the wolf remains of a different opinion."

When I win the lottery, I'll keep the forum informed as to whether I descend into being a complete and utter arsehole...
If I can be bothered to associate with you losers, that is...
Nurse, where the fuck's my cardigan?
And my gin!

I'll understand, Jim. If I suddenly fell into a few million, I imagine I'd spend less time online, too.

Small changes can nudge the train onto the right lines as the wealthy benefactors of TED would have you naively think. What they don't say is stopping the train dead and robbing it will lead to much greater wealth redistribution....

What will the world be like after its ruler is removed?

Organise a otherthrow of the ruling class and have your own buddies up on top. It's easy, when the time is right....you could become a oligarch of the new regime?

Ah. Gotcha. But when the next fall comes, we won't be putting up with any more that nonsense. Anyone trying to rule will be eaten.

It's gonna be like that in places. Same as it always was. Best time to make your fortune is when there's blood in the streets.

But you see, after the revolution, the wealthy will be eaten and their fortunes distributed to the proles.

Wealth is different. A cake before the revolution is a cake. After the revolution it might be a landmine disguised as a cake.
