The best way to avoid type II die-of-beaties is to avoid your waistline being more than half your height.
Rationalia relies on voluntary donations. There is no obligation of course, but if you value this place and want to see it continue please consider making a small donation towards the forum's running costs.

Well, I kind of have that problem (being very fat), and I don't have diabetes yet... I'm trying to limit my intake, but must admit it's hard to do... I'm in very deep depression, and food and booze are the only pleasures I have.

Do you thereby deny that you have been seen enjoying an occasional side of Rationalia!?

look, you cannibalistic succubus, Rationalia is a nice diversion, but it's not what makes life bearable. Now, if I had some nice sex friends to spend time with, I might enjoy life more and have less time to eat carb loaded stuff.

Taking my disc and the smallest DVD player to sort out the class film for wed with the tech guy. I think the disc will work. Running errands and going to the hardware for some bags of dirt after that. I fixed an area of the lot last fall, but not all the grass seed came up. Adding some tops soil and new seeds in those areas.

I have some zooms after the class so rest of the week is designed around that. One zoom is planning for next fall's history classes. I hope the history committee is more active than our science committee. I've had to design most of the science classes with no useful input from them. The staff (paid) are more helpful. The director Bob and some people under him.

Our case for survival before it's too late
