This is a carefully worded article. He says "I know she's mine," and "my wife has been true to me," etc., and the article says that doctors confirmed the baby was not an albino.

Conspicuously absent from the article is mention of a genetic test.

Before I thought of anything crazy happening here, I might suggest they do a test. Maybe the wife was impregnated by a really white guy. Or, maybe they did in vitro fertilization, like a surrogate mother, and implanted a genetically white child, and are now capitalizing on some publicity.
