That is sucky indeed. My sister had to stop because it made her blood pressure drop to the point she'd pass out, my oldest can't because it makes her terribly anxious.

It seems I'm lucky, I don't do it because I can't smoke and the times I was exposed to sufficient amounts of secondary smoke, it just didn't to me anything I really wanted to go after

It didn't work out for me. It improved my mood and motivation, plus curbed my appetite. Which was nice. Unfortunately, it also increased urinary frequency and urgency to the point where I was very nearly incontinent. Ah, well.
