I don't see any improvement in driving men into a blue herd of robots and women into a pink herd of robots. There are certainly genetic influences that increase the probability for some behavioural patterns in "women" and some others in "men". But thinking that this means that all women think alike and that all men think alike is actually denying pluralism within the human species. There is much more genetic diversity than just "XX" and "XY" and a lot of how genetic differences between the sexes is then actually expressed in actual behaviour depends on socialisation.
