Note: Pictures added for reference.

Interesting that there's been no mega-eruptions throughout the depth of the Quaternary Ice Age.

Don't worry about Yellowstone. If it erupts, the seismic shock will cause that volcano on La Palma, Canary Islands, to collapse, causing a mega-tsunami that will wash over the US and douse Yellowstone.

Gaia - maybe there is something in it......

So, you think the tsunami will only go west? Not north or south? You'll get a yellow card for that rules violation.

The Thames BArrier will sort it out.

Solid plan. Sounds like the Empire is safe.

This is a picture from the Internet. The science is beyond reproach:-
We must have a few physics geeks on here who could work out how much water you would need to cool the Yellowstone lava to safe levels - say warm enough to cook some sausages on.

I'm more than willing to write off Florida, but Yellowstone is (many) miles from the Atlantic Coast. What plans do they have to keep the surf up for that distance?

As far as I recall, it's anticipated that the tsunami will go quite a way inland. It ain't going to stop at Customs...
