I flew from the UK to Hong Kong the first time on a prop plane - not sure what - probably a Boeing. It took three days with stops to refuel along the way. I was only a kid but I remember how bumpy it was and how much my ears hurt.
A few years later we flew by Trident and it took a day and a half.

I think it is 17 hours now.
