How about we start now ? I'll start a 12 hour day round shortly and then have an abbreviated night round to get back on schedule with the 7am to 7pm thing.

I'm at work, so it will take me an hour or two to assign roles and send out the PMs to everyone, but let's get this show on the road, OK ? Any last minute additions need to sign up asap.

Tell you what, I'll start preparing the spreadsheet with roles, etc, and give everyone 1 more hour to confirm they're playing before we close the sign up and start handing our roles.

Either - I'll play if there's a spot, I'm happy to help run it if there isn't.

I'd like to see some more of the "locals" play though, so I'll try kicking them this way. When will the ticket booths shut?

Edit: oh, and what about the fairy?
