The only other time I've played here scum was selected as mayor. I figure that since scum can subtly promote each other that a randomly selected mayor is just as good (better in fact because statistically you're going to choose town.) Of course if DP ends up being scum this will make me look bad, but them's the breaks.

Usually it's better to pick one of the best players for mayor - because the mayor usually gets viewed by the seer day 1.
